Individual Therapy
Grace is a registered psychologist who brings warmth, empathy and authenticity to her work. She is committed to helping clients develop meaningful skills and resources to support their wellbeing and navigate daily life with greater confidence. Grace prioritises a strong therapeutic relationship and works to create an open, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable, safe and heard.
Grace is passionate about early intervention and has extensive experience supporting children and adolescents (aged 8-18). She appreciates childhood and adolescence are pivotal developmental periods which come with a range of challenges. Grace understands working with children requires parental involvement, and values collaborating with parents and families to optimise outcomes for their children. Grace also appreciates life’s challenges don’t stop once we enter adulthood. She enjoys supporting adults navigating work-related stress, relationship difficulties, life transitions and the everyday pressures that can leave us feeling overwhelmed.
Grace has a particular interest in working with individuals who experience anxiety, perfectionism and high self-expectations, especially those who find themselves constantly striving, second-guessing themselves, or feeling as though they should have everything figured out. She is passionate about helping clients develop greater self-understanding, build emotional resilience, and create a more balanced and compassionate relationship with themselves.
